We want your chocolate to get to you in delicious condition and take much care in shipping our confections to you!
 
UPS and USPS are our shipping carriers. NOTE: All chocolate bars and confections are made fresh, so please allow ample time for manufacturing and shipping when ordering. Please allow us approximately 3 business days to process your orders.
 
USPS is a 2-to-3 day priority mail service option. And for UPS we have an overnight, 2nd Day Air and Ground option (UPS Ground is only available in the cooler months.)
Once we've processed your order, we ship Mon-Wed to help ensure your chocolate arrives by the end of the week.
 
How much does shipping and handling cost?
After you enter your shipping address, you will be presented with shipping options and prices on the same page. We need to know your address in order to tell you how much it will cost.
 
International shipping?
We'd love to send some of confections on an adventure. If you live outside the US please email us and we'll ask our postman nicely he he'd deliver to you. Email:  shipping [at] fineandraw [dot] com
 
Please note that if the weather conditions are too hot for shipping chocolate we will wait until there's a cooler period. We just want to make sure your chocolate arrives in a delicious and creamy state!
 
To help keep your chocolate in the best condition, please use a speedy shipping option and make sure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive the chocolate once it is delivered, or that the shipping carrier can leave your order in a cool dry area.
