Chocolate and Hazelnut Fudgsicles

These chocolate hazelnut fudgsicles taste like frozen chocolate hazelnut butter spread, thanks to the silky richness of our chocolate hazelnut butter spread. Both dairy and refined-sugar-free, they’re a perfect treat for kids and grown-ups alike. 


Makes 6 popsicles


1 cup full-fat coconut milk 

1 bar FINE & RAW hazelnut butter chocolate, broken into bite-size pieces 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

¼ teaspoon fine sea salt 

4 ounces FINE & RAW chocolate hazelnut butter spread


In a small saucepan set over medium heat, warm the coconut milk until it’s steaming hot but not simmering. 


Place the chocolate pieces in a mixing bowl, and pour over the steaming milk. Set aside for 5 minutes. Vigorously whisk the mixture until you have a smooth, homogenous chocolate milk. Add the vanilla extract, sea salt, and hazelnut butter spread. Whisk to combine. 


Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds and freeze until set, at least 4 hours.
