The best thing you can eat with a spoon. Chocolate hazelnut butter made in Brooklyn with Oregon hazelnuts and zero palm oil, plus dark, oat milk, sugarless and sweet pistachio. Toast is allowed. Nobody's checking.
Small-batch chocolate bars made with organic cacao, coconut sugar, and a little obsession. Two lines, Signature and Brooklyn Bonnie, running from a straight-up 83% dark to oat milk, habanero salt and a little alderwood smoke. All bean-to-bar, all made in Brooklyn, all fine with being eaten one square at a time. Statistically, they won't be.
Fudgy, handmade, hand-wrapped. Seven flavors made for sharing—or absolutely not. Organic chocolate truffles in boxes of 4, 8 or 24, made at our Brooklyn factory by people with strong feelings about ganache. The 24 is a generous gift, or a long weekend.
If you crossed a chocolate bar and chocolate truffle together it would make a chunky. Hand-wrapped chunks of organic chocolate filled with almond, hazelnut, truffle, cacao and coconut, or waffle cone. A serious snack for the bottom of your bag, assuming it survives the walk to the train.
