Chocolate and Peanut Butter Stuffed Banana Pastries

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°/ 350°F/Gas mark 4. Line with greaseproof/parchment paper.
  2. Scoop out the center of the bananas and fill with peanut butter using a piping bag. 
  3. Chop the chocolate into small chunks and fit it into the banana and pb.
  4. Roll the pastry into a rectangle and slice it into strips. Wrap the banana in the pastry making sure the fillings are covered.
  5. Brush the pastries with milk and bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed up and golden. 
  6. Once baked, allow it to cool and drizzle on some fine and raw spread and enjoy!
