Chocolate Butter Quesadilla

Chocolate Butter Quesadilla

True to what the name suggests, this chocolate butter quesadilla is exactly that: warm, oozing chocolate hazelnut butter loaded into a charred tortilla. It’s an unbearably simple dessert or snack, and pairs exceptionally well with a scoop of vanilla or cinnamon ice cream.

2 tablespoons Fine & Raw Oat Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Butter Spread

1 large flour or cassava tortilla

Salted butter, for frying

Schmear the chocolate butter over the entire surface area of the tortilla, then fold it over to tuck all of the chocolatey goodness inside.

Heat a non-stick or well-seasoned carbon steel pan over medium heat. When hot but not smoking, add a small pat of butter to the pan and tilt to evenly distribute the foaming butter. Place your quesadilla in the pan and cook for about a minute per side, until the tortilla begins to take on golden blisters and the whole thing is warmed through.

Cut into quarters, and enjoy while hot.
