Frozen Citrus Summer Delights

Ingredients
- 2 FINE & RAW 70% dark chocolate bar
- 3 Tangerines/Clementines
- 1 tablespoon chopped hazelnuts/pistachios
Instructions
- Begin by segmenting the tangerines and placing them in a bowl.
- Melt the chocolate and pour it over the tangerines and mix them together until fully coated.
- Arrange the segments on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the second bar of chocolate and pour it over the chocolate oranges.
- Sprinkle with the chopped nuts and freeze it for at least 30 mins until set.
- Once set, slice and enjoy!
