I really appreciate having a chocolate bar with no sugar in it. The Mesquite bar satisfies my craving without irritating my gums. I have given it to friends who eat chocolate with sugar and they like the taste as well.

Not-too-sweet, but with none of the bitterness associated with darker chocolate. This bar is complex and layered with a can't-quite-put-my-finger-on-it flavor. I'm not even sure how to describe the way this bar tastes to me. Like the chocolate was melted over a campfire? But that's not quite it. I guess I have no choice but to keep buying these and tasting them until I figure it out...a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.
I wish you could make more of your bars like this, without adding sugar! It's surprising and marvelous!
