2 oz. Signature - Mesquite

Not-too-sweet, but with none of the bitterness associated with darker chocolate. This bar is complex and layered with a can't-quite-put-my-finger-on-it flavor. I'm not even sure how to describe the way this bar tastes to me. Like the chocolate was melted over a campfire? But that's not quite it. I guess I have no choice but to keep buying these and tasting them until I figure it out...a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.

I wish you could make more of your bars like this, without adding sugar! It's surprising and marvelous!

This is the most deeply satisfying chocolate bar I've ever had. It's always a treat and I love slowly letting it melt in my mouth to enjoy the rich texture.

I think I've just finished the best darker chocolate bar made in USA. I am a European vegan seeker for gourmet plant-based chocolate worldwide and according the taste, healthy superfood-ish ingredients, no added sugar and the balanced beauty of the whole bar, I think it's worth this statement.
