Olive oil and coconut sugar, doing something cane sugar caramel doesn't usually do - a little rounder, a little more savory at the edges, the kind of caramel that tastes like it has opinions.

It goes on ice cream. It goes in coffee. It goes on apple slices, pretzels, popcorn during whatever you're half-watching, and directly into a baking recipe if you're feeling efficient about it. It does not ask permission first.

*Note: thinner than traditional cane sugar caramel - it pours where the other kind sits there.

It doesn’t mix very well and the sugar isn’t dissolved, so it has a gritty texture.

Delicious. Nice ingredients, but it does separate a lot and it's hard to mix back up still tastes great though

Very Sweet

I'm only giving three stars just because it's too sweet for me. But I've cut back a lot on the sweets so things that taste too sweet for me often are perfect for people who eat normal American food everyday which has sugar in everything. If it wasn't so sweet it'd be perfect. But it's definitely a matter of opinion.
