I bought this on a whim just to see what it tastes like and oh boy…this was so delicious. I could have easily eaten the jar in one sitting.
The spread is good but it is different from the first Fine & Raw jar my son gave me this past Mother’s Day. He got it at a specialty store and it was better because it had finely ground pistachios in it. I ordered three more jars directly from Fine & Raw and this product is very smooth with no visible ground nuts. Still good but I prefer the finely ground pistachio version. Wondering if they changed the formula.
This is so indulgently delightful treat! Love that the ingredients are clean and I can understand what they are. Everyone should definitely try this spread as long as you are not allergic to pistachios. 😍
I don't know how to possibly convey how incredibly delicious pistachio butter by Fine & Raw really is - rich and savory pistachio, sweet but not overly, with a velvety mouth feel. I've been drizzling it on everything from fruit salad and greens to bagels and ice cream. I can't imagine how I've lived without it. I can't wait to use it in a smoothie, and as a pastry filling.
I have never found a product like this in the US. In Southern Italy, pistacchio cream is in croissants and so many pastries. This is such a delicious find! So good on toast or a croissant! Thank you for making this for pistacchio lovers!
